Aerial Hoop
Our Aerial Hoop classes are a great way to challenge yourself both mentally and physically. Using a large metal hoop suspended in the air, the class will include you sitting in, standing on and performing poses moving around the hoop.
As you gain in confidence, you will also gain in strength and flexibility, working through a full body work out while performing elegant poses and dynamic moves.
All moves are broken down and taught with patience to help you master the technique correctly.
Aerial Sling
Aerial Sling is a combination of Aerial Yoga and Aerial Silks.
Similar to Aerial Silks, you have 2 hanging pieces of fabric but like Aerial Yoga, it creates a hammock or sling at the bottom of the fabric.
The Sling is able to spin while you perform tricks and sequences within the fabric while creating fluid, dance like movements.
Overtime you will gain improvement in your strength and flexibility with aerial classes that give a whole body workout.
Aerial Silks
Our Aerial Silks classes give you a full body work out while using the 2 lengths of silks fabric.
You will learn how to climb and perform moves in the silks using your body to achieve beautiful and dynamic poses.
There are many benefits that come from our Aerial Silks classes - as you climb and extend through poses you will feel both your core strength developing while gaining flexibility in reaching goals you never knew you had.
Bungee Fitness
Bungee Fitness may just be the most enjoyable form of cardio fitness!
Wearing a harness, you'll be attached to a bungee and perform fitness routines designed to make you sweat!

Bungee fitness is a resistance workout using your own body weight against the harness to bounce and fly through different moves.
You'll burn calories, increase your stamina all while having fun!
WILD FRIDAYS!
Available for DS Aerial Fitness regular students (those who attend every week or every other week)

1 Friday a month for an extended time of an hour and a half.
we use a range of our most unique equipment and provide different equipment every class!

Wild Friday's is a great opportunity to try our your aerial skills on some of the most unique aerial equipment around!
