About DS Aerial Fitness
Our Story
DS stands for Duo Salazar!
​
Flabson, from Brazil, and Laura from the UK, met in the USA in 2017. We performed in the US on different performance contracts while training and creating our Duo Skywalk Act.
We then performed our Duo Skywalk Act all over the world for several years, gaining a wealth of experience.
​
Flabson's career took off when he signed his first US contract with Ringling Brother's Circus. He performed for 11 years touring all of the US with different companies before meeting Laura, here Flabson developed both his aerial acrobatic skills as well as ground work circus skills. Laura's career began after completing her BA (hons) in Dance and joining her first circus touring Central America, here she began learning the fundamentals of aerial arts and soon went on to learn several different genres of aerial arts.

We both knew we had a passion for aerial acrobatics and performing arts, after getting married in 2021 we are so pleased to be continuing our aerial career together with a dream of opening up our own aerial school!

Our love for aerial arts inspired us to create a studio that offers a unique and challenging workout experience for our students. We are dedicated instructors and are committed to helping our students achieve their aerial goals while having fun. Our aerial school story began with a dream of creating a community of people who share our passion for aerial arts, and we are proud to have built a studio that embraces diversity, creativity, and inclusivity.
